These guidelines are for Mahalo Health customers, authorized resellers, distributors, and other parties wishing to use Mahalo Health's trademarks or copyrighted materials. By using Mahalo Health's trademarks or copyrighted materials, you acknowledge that Mahalo Health is the sole owner of the trademarks and copyrighted materials and promise that you will not interfere with Mahalo Health's rights.
5.0 Copyright
Mahalo Health's website, products, services, and all content contained therein are protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of Mahalo Health's copyrighted material without express written permission from Mahalo Health.
Attribution
When using Mahalo Health's copyrighted material, you must provide proper attribution to Mahalo Health. This includes clearly stating that the material is owned by Mahalo Health and providing a link back to Mahalo Health's website.
6.0 Prohibited use
You may not use Mahalo Health's trademarks or copyrighted material in any way that is misleading, deceptive, or disparaging. You may not use Mahalo Health's trademarks or copyrighted material in any way that suggests that Mahalo Health endorses or sponsors your products or services.
Termination
Mahalo Health reserves the right to terminate your license to use Mahalo Health's trademarks and copyrighted material at any time, for any reason.
